Representative Green moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 3757) on the following at              
this time:                                                                     
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 238                                                            
"An Act establishing a federal tax obligation loan program under              
the commercial fishing loan program."                                          
                                                                               
and                                                                            
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 238(RLS)                                         
"An Act establishing a federal tax obligation loan program under              
the commercial fishing loan program; and providing for an

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Green moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to HB 238, thus adopting SCS HB 238(RLS), and                        
recommended that the members vote yes.                                         
                                                                               
The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment
